Drainage needs precise language

Standard pavers are not automatically permeable, just as ordinary concrete is not pervious concrete. A permeable pavement uses a purpose-designed surface, joints, aggregate layers, subgrade strategy, and sometimes an underdrain. Ask which complete system is included.
